Ada Searcy (Palmer) age 84, of Aguila, AZ, formerly of Peabody, Massachusetts, died peacefully on June 3, 2014. Ada was the beloved wife of the late William W. Searcy, and loving mother to her 4 children Edward H. Rogers of Arizona, Ada Jean Rogers of Salem, MA., Pamela L. Rogers of Arizona,, and Jimmy K. Rogers of Arizona. She also leaves behind her treasured companion Jacob Schmid of Aguila, as well as 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She was a devout worshiper at Aguila Bible Community Church. Ada had many friends and was loved by all who knew her. She was a vibrant member of the community and loved to square dance. She also won an award for being a blood donor and for how much life she gave to others. She will be missed by all. A memorial service will be held in her honor at Aguila Bible Community Church on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. Her family requests that all in attendance wear brightly colored clothing in celebration of her zest for life.
