Barry Lee Neitz was born July 25, 1950 in Wray, Colorado to Charles and Betty Neitz. He was raised there and grew up farming and ranching. He began driving truck at the early age of 14. Barry later served in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1971. He married Jan Zwirn and they made their home in Eckley, Colorado. Barry worked driving truck hauling mostly grain and traveled extensively. Barry and Jan came to Arizona in 1995 settling in Morristown. They were members of the Wickenburg Saddle Club. And had also operated Trails End for years. Barry is survived by his wife Jan of Morristown and daughter Hope Bowland of Texas, grandchildren: Tyler Bowland of Texas and Lainie and Ally O'Neal both of Kansas, father Charles Neitz of Colorado and sisters Barbara Huser of Colorado and Charlene Stowe (Mervin) of Idaho and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Betty Neitz and a brother Everett Nietz. No formal services are planned at Barry's request.
