Charles H. Rose, Sr., age 93, passed away October 5, 2015 in Surprise, Arizona. Charles was born February 16, 1922 in Willmington, Delaware to Harlan G. Rose and Margaret Price Rose. He served in the military and later pursued a career in advertising where he worked as an art director. Arrangements are pending at this time.
