Connie Hunter

April 30, 1940 — July 7, 2013

Connie Joan Hunter, age 73, passed away July 7, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona. Connie was born in Hayti, Missouri to Walter Biggs and Virginia Meek Biggs. She was raised in Michigan and attended Buchanan Schools. She married and her children Bobby and Renee were born. She later met Bill Hunter in 1970 and they moved to Arizona settling first in the Phoenix area. They were married in 1975 and later moved to New River just north of Phoenix from 1977 until 1999. They then relocated to Salome, Arizona where they have lived until the present time. Connie enjoyed the outdoors and the Arizona desert. She collected Angels all sorts, ceramic, paper, many types and styles. She often traveled with Bill when he worked and she enjoyed car shows and being with Bill. She loved her animals and they will miss her dearly. Connie was preceded in death by her parents Walter & Virginia Biggs and a brother Larry Biggs. She is survived by her husband Bill of Salome and children: Bobby Srmek of Michigan(grandchildren Bo and Donald, greatgrandchild Layden) and Renee Sickling(Floyd) of Indiana(grandchildren Natasha and Amber, greatgrandchild Kendra), and grandchildren: Illene Rose Hunter and Cheryl Lynn Hunter, step-children: Beth (Fred) Hunter of Williams, Az., Ken (Teri) Hunter of Ashfork, Az., Joe (Marcia) Hunter of South Bend, Indiana, brothers Walter Biggs of Niles and Mike Biggs both of Niles Michigan and sisters Valda Skinner and Barbara Bailey also of Niles, Michigan.
