Curtis Green

Curtis Eugene Green, 56, passed away on August 20, 2024, in Congress, AZ.

Curtis was born on November 17, 1967 in Phoenix, AZ, to James Green and Jerri Green.

He graduated from Tolleson Union High School in 1985. Curtis was the Student Body President that year. His job career included hotel clerk, Cox Cable Representative and a Customer Service Rep for UHAUL. He went on to work for UHAUL for over 15 years.

Curtis was best known for working on and collected old cars, feeding birds, and studying history. He loved Mexican Food and cooking for his mom.

Curtis is survived by, Jerri Lavon Green - mother, of Sun City, James Kelly Green (Dawn) - brother and Jamie Lavon Green - Sister, of Gilbert, along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Curtis is preceded in death by James Allen Green - father, Scotty Allen Green - brother, Jesse Allen Green and Thelma Elon Green - grandparents, James Gideon Trout and Josephine Lynette Trout - grandparents.

The memorial service for Curtis Eugene Green will be held Sunday, September 1st, at 3:30 pm. The location of the service will be at Morristown Christian Fellowship, located on N Castle Hot Springs Rd and Rockaway Hills Rd (off of US 60, 10 miles southeast of Wickenburg).

Pot luck will follow the service.

The Grave side service will be held Saturday, August 31st, 10:00 am at Greenwood Memorial Lawn, 2300 W Van Buren St Phoenix, AZ 85009. Limited seating is available.
