Daniel Thrasher

Dan Thrasher passed away March 8TH, in his home in Wickenburg, while in the loving care of his family and Hospice of the Valley. Dan was born in Phoenix, Az. August 15, 1921 at 19th Avenue and Indian School Road, where his parents farmed. They homesteaded in Forepaugh in 1932. Dan graduated from Wickenburg High School in 1940. He worked for the Town of Wickenburg for 25 years and then retired in 1986. Dan married Dorothy Pendergast in 1944. They would have been married for 70 years in May. He is survived by son Larry Thrasher (Cindy Kenrick) daughter Annette Davidson, and Eldon Pendergast (Dian) deceased; 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Private family graveside services will be held at 10:30 Saturday, March 15th.
