Flora Jean Cooper, age 82, passed away at her home surrounded by family on March 11, 2017. She was born May 1, 1934 in Kansas City, Missouri to David & Sophie Martin. Flora worked for the U.S. Forest Service for years and has lived in Arizona for the last 35 years.
