Hassel R. Duncan, age 71, passed away on October 9, 2016 in Sun City West, Arizona. Hassel was born September 24, 1945 in Santa Monica, California to Ruben Duncan and Nova Patterson Duncan. He served in the U.S. Army and following his military service worked as a framing contractor in construction. He is survived by his wife Brenda of Wickenburg.
