Henry G. Nieblas was born September 26, 1915 in Santa Ana, California to Fred Nieblas and Nancy Freeman. He was raised there and later served in the U.S. Navy. Henry was a Pearl Harbor survivor having served from 1940 to 1946. Following his military service he returned to California and began working as a truck driver which he did most of his life. He is survived by his wife Victoria of Wittmann; daughters Linda Young and Vickie Queen both of Colorado and step-daughters Kathleen Quinn of Wittmann and Patricia Olmscheid of California, grandchildren Ben Olmscheid, John Maruska and Karen Olmscheid; Great-grandchild Henry Maruska. Graveside services with military honors will be held in June at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA.
