Joseph F. Tenpenny, age 76, passed away February 19, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona. Joe was born in Burlington, Wisconsin on September 26, 1941 to Charles and Doris Tenpenny. He served in the U.S. Navy retiring from the military. Joe was preceded in death by 3 children. He is survived by his wife Janice and a son William and grandchildren.
