Judy Roark

Judith Dale Roark, age 64, passed away April 11, 2013 in Sun City West, Arizona. Judy was born March 31, 1949 in Wateska, Illinois to Marion D. Schlieper and Carol Hay Schlieper. She was raised in the area and graduated from Donovan High School in Donovan, Illinois. She later graduated from Illinois Community College specializing as an Operating Room Nurse and worked for over 40 years as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in both Peoria, Illinois and Portland, Oregon. She and her husband Rich have been wintering in the Wickenburg area since 2004. She enjoyed horseback riding, four-wheeling, and all outdoor activities. Judy is survived by her mother Carol Schlieper of Iroquois, Illinois; husband Rich of both Wickenburg and Sherwood, Oregon, daughter Stacey (Todd) Greenstein of Pleasant Hill, California, and son Todd (Kelsey) Roark of Klamath Falls, Oregon. She is also survived by her three sisters Pam (Leon) LaMontagne of Ft. Recovery, Ohio, Linda (Larry) Draper of Portland, Oregon and Sharlene Schlieper of Denton, Texas, and two grandchildren Annabelle and Grant Greenstein. Family services will be held at a later date. The family suggests any memorial contributions in Judy's memory be made to the Wickenburg Humane Society P.O. Box 147 Wickenburg, AZ 85358.
