Patsy A. Beach was born September 16, 1943 in Casa Grande, Arizona to Quinton Kermit Riddle and Opal Annie Edwards. She was raised in central California. Patsy graduated from Le Grand High School in Le Grand, California. Following high school she married Charles Locke. They lived in various locations in northern California and Patsy raised 3 children and also worked as a teacher's aid later returning to school to recieve her teaching credentials and degree. She later married David Beach in 1982 and they enjoyed traveling which they did quite extensively. They spent alot of time in Mexico. Patsy's passion was teaching. She spoke fluent spanish and focused on bilingual education. David preceded her in death in 1999 and she later came back to Arizona living first in Goodyear and as of late moving to Wickenburg to be near family. One of the most important things in Patsy's life was her grandchildren and family. She is survived by children: Susan Hatcher (Kendall) of Wickenburg, Regina Teddleton (Todd) of Burbank, Washington, Greg Locke of Wendell, Idaho, Adopted son Julio Orozco of Merced, California, brothers Jim Riddle (Kay) of Turlock, CA, Dale Riddle of Chickasaw, OK, and sister Betty Thomas (Dave) of Chickasaw, OK Grandchildren: Ashley Locke, Hope Hatcher, Zane Hatcher, Hanna Teddleton, Morgan Locke, Quinten Locke, Faith Hatcher, Sage Hatcher, Bryson Teddleton, Dominique Cox, Heath Cox Great-grandchildren: Brantly and Preston Arroyo.
