Peggy Ann Prian, age 76, passed away August 28, 2016 at her home in Wickenburg with her family by her side. Peggy was born May 7, 1940 in Oxnard, California to Dave Wangenan and Margaret Banks Wangenan. She worked with her husband in the real estate business for years before moving to Arizona in 2014 settling in Wickenburg.
