Ronald J. W. Mallicoat was born on April 3, 1934 in Morgan County, Illinois and died March 10, 2016 in Wickenburg, Arizona. Ron was born at home on the family farm and was the second child of 6 to parents Carl and Helen Mallicoat. In 1946 the family left Illinois and moved to Wickenburg.\nRon owned the Mobile Gas Station which he later sold to his father Carl. Ron then was a truck driver for Mayflower. Ron worked at the Ford dealership for multiple owners. In 1972 the Jones family purchased the dealership and Ron worked there until he retired as General Manager. He also was one of the founding partners for Wickenburg Concrete, started Wickenburg Construction and was partners in Wickenburg Mini Storages.\nIn 1952 Ron married Rae Stagg and had daughters Pamela (Richard) and Jackie (Joe). In 1958 Ron married Jody Jo Rogers and had children Kimberly (George), Kelly Jo and Kevin (Shawn). Jody preceded him in death in 1993. In 1994 Ron married Joanne (Jodie) Henson and his family grew adding the Henson family Jeff, Cindy, Kenny, Brenda, and Jacque.\nRon is survived by his wife Joanne, daughters Pamela, Jackie and Kimberly, son Kevin, sisters Carol, Sharon, and Karla, brother Steve, and 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.\nRon was preceded in death by parents Carl and Helen, wife Jody Jo, daughter Kelly Jo, Son in law George and brother Gordon.\nFuneral Services will be held on March 16, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Pastor Monte Coffman of the Community Alliance Church Officiating. Burial will take place in the Wickenburg Cemetery following services.
