Ronnie Johnson, absolutely loved by all. He was an awesome husband to Mackie (Leona), a wonderful father to Daniel, Ronnie Guy, James, and Maxwell and Melissa (his daughter-in-law). He was the epitome of a loving, proud grandpa to Zion and Pauline. He was the best friend anyone could ever have. He prayed for you, kept your secrets, went 4-wheeling, hunting, fishing, camping with you. He loved being there for his friends, family, and co-workers. He loved to pray for you. Many times he told me of a co-worker that came to him in need of prayer, he would pray and God would answer. He loved the Lord with all his heart. He was not a man who just went to church on Sunday. He lived his life to please the Lord. He had a special friend from childhood who he loved and talked about for 40 some odd years named Charles Douglas. If you were his friend, you would know the kind of a man I'm talking about. If you wronged him, he forgave you. He never held a grudge. Ronnie loved to sing and play music. He loved getting together with his wife, his twin brother, Donnie, and his friend Troy Nichols. We had a little band that would set up in the house or front yard and even in church and sing Country Gospel music. He loved it when the Lord gave him a song to write. You could feel Jesus coming through him. He was a great example to his kids. He taught them by example to be honest and hard working. Thank you for taking the time to read about the awesome man of God who WILL be truly missed. We love you Ronnie.
