Rosalie Jones

Rosalie Jones went to be with Jesus on March 5, 2024. She

was surrounded by family and friends at her home, Rustic

Retirement Ranch in Wickenburg, Arizona.

Rosalie was very proud of her family, especially her

grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly:

Devin Brill and his children Savvy, Zain, and Poseidon - Nathen

Brill and wife Catie and their son Kai - Jessica Rogers and

husband Jebadiah and their children Taylor and Izabella -

Justin Jones and wife Donna and daughter Leilani Dior -

Garrett Jones and wife Nina Yu and their children Naiyah,

Gunnar and Everly - Miranda Boggs and her husband Adam

and their daughter Abby - James Zudell and wife Joanna and

their children Jaylynn, Cypress, James and Jackson.

Rosalie's children include Paula Brill and Tracy Jones who

reside in Wickenburg, and Brenda Shelly and James A. Jones

III who sadly predeceased her. She considered her son-in-law Raymond Brill as one of her

own, Mary Teetsel a soul sister, and Bohdy Stokes a grandson.

She had a rich and bountiful life in Wickenburg with her family and friends. She loved to crochet

Christmas ornaments and make southwestern chili pepper baskets. She was also

entrepreneurial and managed Your Secretary & Shipping Service from 1984 to 2012 while

selling her beautiful crafts. She was known for her "bling", reflecting her snappy and bright

personality, which lit up the lives of the people who knew her. Rosalie was a member of the

Community Alliance Church, and a member of the Wickenburg Chapter of Soroptimist

International, serving on the board and volunteering for more than 25 years. Her other interests

included spirited rivalries with family and friends playing cards, cheering on her favorite teams,

and dominating the domino table.

Rosalie was born on November 24, 1932, in Oklahoma and lived with her family in Illinois,

Kansas, Colorado, and New Mexico before moving to Wickenburg in 1981. She is survived by

her brother Darrel Unruh and his wife Joyce and sister-in-law Betty, wife of deceased brother,

Lynn Dean Unruh, all of whom live in Oklahoma.

There will be a celebration of life at Rustic Retirement Ranch located at 400 N. Jefferson St. on

March 16 th . The reception starts at 11:30 at the Club House (pool area), followed by lunch at 12

pm. Suzie Killman will bless us her beautiful voice followed by a few words in memory of

Rosalie by Pastor Duane Middleton. The family invites all to join them in celebrating the life of
