Our beloved, Salerina (Sally) Lauletta, of Wittmann, AZ. passed away peacefully in her home on November 6, 2009 after along and courageous battle with Lupus. She was born on July 18, 1939 in Cottonwood, AZ. to Simplicio and Rosalia Molina of New Mexico. After graduating from Catholic School, she pursued a career in nursing which lasted into retirement. In 1974, she met the love of her life in Phoenix, married in 1975 and spent the last 34 years raising 5 children. Sally loved life in Phoenix, but moved to Wittmann with her husband 7 years ago to live out their life long dream, tending to the desert wildlife, she also created a cactus garden sanctuary where they spent countless hours together. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother she will be greatly missed. Sally is survived by her loving family, husband, Gary A. Lauletta, children Jim Makinson of Wittmann, AZ., Denise Weems of Kingman, AZ., John Makinson of Wittmann, AZ., Dotty Makinson of Wittmann, AZ., and Angie Lauletta of Las Vegas, NV., Grandchildren Destiny, Gregory, Ricky and Alanna. Great-grandchildren Bryce and Anthony. Sister Lupe Sampson of Gallup, New Mexico. Sister Dina Julian, with whom she is now reunited along with their parents. On Sally's behalf, the family would like to thank Hospice of the Valley, the staff at Del Webb Hospital, her many doctors and the volunteers at Saguaro Janes of Wittmann. You may be gone Mom, but will continue to live in the hearts of so many. We are blessed to have you looking over us as our own special Angel.
