Thomas Stevens

Thomas Dale Stevens, age 76, passed away May 7, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born August 22, 1935 in Coatsville, Missouri to Thomas W. Stevens and Ida Lucille Moore Stevens. Tom has worked in Vendor sales in Las Vegas for years before coming to the Phoenix area. He is survived by his wife Karen and sons Richard (Linda) of Las Vegas, Mark, Brian of Grants Pass, Oregon, Brad of San Diego. Private family services will be held at a later date.
