Toy Crow, 92, passed away June 26, 2023 in Salome, AZ. Toy was born in Adair, Oklahoma on January 16, 1931.
Toy's loving wife, LaVerne Mushaney Crow, of nearly 75 years, only preceded him in death by 5 weeks ago. They both will be dearly missed by their loving son Michael Crow and daughter-in-law Sally of Fruitland, ID and their devoted and caring daughter Debra Willson and attentive son-in-law Rick of Salome, AZ. Toy was blessed with 6 loving grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He was also preceded in death by his loving parents Francis Harvey and Irene Crow, and siblings James, Kenneth, Leonard, Otis and Louise.
Toy was a man of many talents. Because of these talents his work took him and LaVerne to countries few of us get to experience. He worked on developing golf courses in Japan, Mexico, Egypt, the Island of Hawaii and other states around the USA. He and LaVerne were also able to visit France and England while abroad.
As hobbies Toy enjoyed his garden above else. He wanted things to be a certain way, and that way always brought him lots of fruits and vegetables, and beautiful flowers. He enjoyed his westerns on TV and he was never too busy to lend a helping hand to a neighbor. In his younger years Toy loved to hunt and fish.
Before recently moving with LaVerne to Arizona to be near family, Toy was a longtime member of the Emmett Church of Nazarene and an active member of the Emmett Community.
