William Lower

William E. "Bill" Lower was born July 9, 1952 in San Diego, California to Bruce Ernest Lower and Marjorie Hutton Lower. He was raised in Oceanside and Vista, California and graduated from Vista High School. Bill played high school sports and lettered as a sophomore in Tennis at Vista High. As a young boy he and his brother & sister spent many hours at the Oceanside Pier where Bill spent many a day surfing and enjoying the beach. After graduating from high school in 1970 Bill and his brother Bruce had the opportunity to travel and fish commercially. They fished in Hawaii, Alaska and other locations. in the late 1980's Bill returned home and began working for the City of Paso Robles which he did until moving to Arizona in 1994. Upon arrival in Wickenburg he began working for Wickenburg Tire which he did for years before retiring for health reasons. The most important thing in Bill's life was his family. He was preceded in death by his father Bruce Ernest Lower in 1987 and brother Bruce, Jr. in 2006. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Marjorie and Tom Todaro of Wickenburg. Companion, Laurie Bodkin of Wickenburg and daughter Shawna Pedro of Oceanside, CA, son William Lower of Washington, sister Linda Peraldo (Lee) of Las Vegas, step-brother Joe Todaro of Wickenburg and step-sister Dawn Gage of Colorado, and 3 grandchildren and niece Kimberly Peraldo of Las Vegas and 2 great nieces.
